COVID-19

What does a ski holiday look like in St. Anton am Arlberg 2021/22?

Here are some of the safety measures for this winter 2020/21:

  • 2G certificate (vaccinated or recovered) is required for aged 12 and above to access ski area, hotels and restaurants
  • Teenagers, aged 12 to 15 (until the end of compulsory schooling), can use the Ninja Pass to show a negative test result, and will be able to enter 2G venues using even if they are not fully vaccinated
  • FFP2 masks are required in all indoor areas
  • All restaurant guests need to download the Stopp Corona App and fill in the registration to enable contract tracing of an identified COVID-19 outbreak
  • Reduced capacity on chairs and gondolas
  • Increased cleaning procedures
  • Reduced group activities
  • Reduced capacity in restaurants, bars, facilities, etc.

What happens if I am unable to travel due to restrictions in St. Anton am Arlberg?

If we cannot offer a solution that you’re happy with, you will have to cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy will apply and have to pay a cancellation charge. What happens if my area is in local lockdown and I'm due to travel?

If your area is in local lockdown when you're due to depart, and the government is not advising against all but essential travel, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or WhatsApp Chat at +43 660 5836 302 or email at info@alpenature.com. If we cannot offer a solution that you’re happy with, you will have to cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy will apply and have to pay a cancellation charge. We will provide any documents needed for insurance claims.

What can I do if I’m concerned about my safety while on holiday?

Contact us via phone or WhatsApp Chat at +43 660 5836 302 or email at info@alpenature.com, and we will try our best to assist you. If a travel warning is released about St. Anton am Arlberg while you are there, we will be in contact as soon as we can to offer you a solution.

Is there après-ski?

Yes! But strictly 2G only.

Is my money safe if I book with Alpenature?

Any money you pay to us is protected by our ATOL (No.4488) if you are booking a package that includes flights, or through ABTA (Y3035) if you book a package without flights. You will receive your confirmation email once the payment has been processed, usually within 24 hours.

I've booked a special tour but haven't received an email confirmation. Has my booking gone through?

Do not worry. You will receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of the booking submission.

How do I cancel my special tour booking?

You can cancel your booking via phone or WhatsApp Chat at +43 660 5836 302 or email at info@alpenature.com. For cancellation, a full refund is only applicable when you cancel at least 7 days before the tour is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of booking confirmation. How do I change my special tour booking?

You can change your booking via phone or WhatsApp Chat at +43 660 5836 302 or email at info@alpenature.com. Depending on when you notify us, a processing fee may apply. Find out here.

How long will it take to receive a refund for my special tour booking?

You will receive your refund within 21 days upon receiving an email confirmation from us.

Our packing list consists of:
